As a public sector employer with 250 or more employees, Westcountry Schools Trust is with effect from 30 March 2018, required by law to publish our gender pay gap each year on the Government and our own websites.

Westcountry Schools Trust has been gathering data from all our schools in order to calculate and publish our gender pay gap information.  A summary of this information has been reported and published at  https://gender-pay-gap.service.gov.uk/Employer/zdLHZZjY. 

We will constantly be analysing our data in order to compose a narrative which will include the reasons behind any gap and potential plans to address the gap and achieve improvement.
